Ethan Fenwick

Ethan joined Tamela as a JSE Sponsor Analyst, gaining experience across equity sponsor mandates. In 2026, he became an Approved JSE Executive.

Before joining Tamela, Ethan gained valuable experience as a trainee at a JSE sponsor firm, where he developed expertise in drafting, reviewing, and releasing announcements in line with JSE Listings Requirements, including category 2 transactions and continuing obligations. He has also contributed to the preparation and review of circulars and has experience managing compliance processes for complex transactions.

As a Senior Analyst in the Sponsor Services team, Ethan supports listed and pre-listing clients across regulatory processes, capital markets transactions, and ongoing compliance, with a focus on execution quality and regulatory accuracy.
