Kgolo Qwelane

Kgolo is a Corporate Finance Executive at Tamela. He has significant experience in structuring, negotiating, executing and advising on all types of corporate finance transactions.

Kgolo has extensive BEE advisory knowledge having advised on the implementation, restructure and / or unwind of numerous BEE transactions concluded by JSE listed companies over the years.

Prior to joining Tamela, Kgolo worked at Rand Merchant Bank in the Corporate Finance division for more than 19 years.

He is a Chartered Accountant and completed his accounting articles at PwC in Johannesburg.
